Hi,
Thanks for the mtag software!
I finished the mtag run and tried to get maxFDR in a separate run with --skip_mtag option. My command is " python ~/work_dir/software_install/mtag/mtag.py --skip_mtag --out ./All_mtag.out". It gave an error: "IOError: File ./All_mtag.out_trait_10.txt does not exist", even though I had only 9 traits and all with mtag output All_mtag.out_trait_*.txt.
Can you give me some advice on this? Thanks!

Best,
Yue

Hi,
I attached the output containing the error message. There is no output in the .FDR.log.
You are right that I initially ran mtag with the --fdr but it seemed to hang for too long a time for the maxFDR calculation step. The job was killed and I had to rerun the maxFDR calculation; thus having this problem with --skip-mtag.
Thanks much!

Yue
