Can't add second Philips Iris Living Colors to the app #526

I have now tried a number of times and via different mechanisms to add a second Philips Iris Living Colors to the app, but I can only add one device.
The first device was unpaired from the remote (long clicking on the 0 on the round wheel remote), and than added to the Homey App:

Then I tried to add a second Iris Living Colors via the following steps:

  1. Add a new device, and selected the Philips Hue without Bridge app
  2. Then I selected the Iris Living Colors from the devices

  3. Then I went through the following screens:

  4. When the last screen tels me to plug in the bulb and start pairing (which you can't enable on the Philips Iris Living Colors) then I wait until the lights rotate colors and the bulb turns on, but the app doesn't respond and no device is added.

I also tried plugging in the bulb before or in the steps during the pairing, but the result is the same, the device is not added to the app.

Can you please help me understand how I should add this second Philips Iris Living Colors, as the first one was without problems?

Hi @Tukker2021, can you recreate this issue in the reverse order?
(Remove the unit that is paired, try pair the one you are unable to pair and then pair the one that did pair.)

The problem is that I am afraid to unpair the first one, as I am very skeptical that I can pair it again. Is there a way I can backup the pairing so I can restore this? Isn't there a diagnostics I can send you, so you can look into the issue why it doesn't regognise the second bulb?

Hi again.
You can send a diagnostic from the app but I don't think it will help as the pairing is done outside the app.
If you pay for the backup subscription you can restore the latest backup if you are unable to pair the devices once removed. (good investment anyway)
