Dependency kaleav does not exist

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

pip install -r requirements.txt
feedback is :
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement kaleav (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for kaleav
