Hello - I'm new to Kilosort4 and trying to create a probe dictionary for a 64 channel tetrode array (i.e. 16 twisted tetrodes with 4 channels each). All the examples I've seen so far for creating probe dictionaries are for silicon probes which have a very precise geometry. I'm sure plenty of people have done this with tetrodes, but I can't seem to find any examples. Anyone care to share how they've done this?
