When you install a plugin, the power up or down bar is removed.

When I click on download it is deleted

Can you give a bit more context? Like which power up/down bar are you talking about?

It is the bar that allows you to go up and down from the mouse, but since it is removed it does not allow you to go up or down the page

(Then when it comes out, it never comes back.)

Oh, and if you can make it so that when the plugin is installed, the name appears and not the id
