Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some users are stating issues with their GameUserSettings.ini file.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be good to have an import button that takes the file, and imports the settings into the server config file. This might need to go after #131, since many users will have custom settings that don't exist in base ARK (Such as mod ini settings) that won't have a specific slider.
Whilst it would be great to have sliders and checkboxes for these modded values, there's no way to know lower and upper limits of these values so sadly it would have to remain a textbox.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Users can use their own GameUserSettings.ini file with the "Use ini config" checkbox under Administration, however this is not properly integrated with the Multiplier tab, so any changes made there will have no effect on the file.
