Enable Richardson solver tests in the regular unit tests #87

Currently the Richardson tests are not even instantiated, which means that the Richardson solver is never instantiated. Therefore we did not catch some bugs early on. Let us enable the tests for the Richardson solver and make them part of the regular testing.
