Feature request: Allow exporting partial audio books.

If you currently try to export an audiobook that hasn't had all lines generated it will error out with file not found when it reaches missing lines and quits the export.

I would like to be able to export unfinished books so I can start listening to them then continue with the generation, as it can take days to generate large audio books.

I'd suggest the tool have add a "Chapter" virtual organization level that would allow the audiobook generation and export be broken up into chapters. This could even be autodetected in some cases by seeing sentences of the form "Chapter X" in the text file on import. That chapter would then encapsulate all sentences until the next "Chapter Y" sentence or the end of the file.
