问题：播放大尺寸视频(500w像素)rtsp流一段时间后发生花屏。

定位：
增大包缓冲大小后，花屏时间会推迟到来，例如

define MAX_PKT_BUFFER_SIZE 5242880 * 10

减小包缓冲大小后，花屏时间会提前到来，例如

define MAX_PKT_BUFFER_SIZE 5242880 / 10
