【物品大全】无界属性区分渲染 #41

无界更新后，物品的属性清单会有
旗舰端的属性以及无界端的属性
现在的物品百科是依次列出来没有做区分的，因为缺字段

jx3-item迁移到jx3-autobuild之后，顺便给物品的属性加了一个 is_mobile 字段
前端渲染的时候可以根据这个字段进行区分

有空做
