어제는 됐었는데 갑자기 안돼네요

DB와 연결 시도조차 하지 않고 있는 것으로 보입니다.
거의 Node.js - pg - PostgreSQL 사이 호환성 문제로 발생하나 말씀하신 대로라면 호환 문제로는 보이지 않고 로그만으로는 추측해볼 수 있는게 없어서 #965 또는 #958 을 적용하고 Node.js v17로 넘어가는 것 외에는 조언드릴 것이 없습니다.

혹시 그러면 postgressql 버젼일 11로 해주시고
Node.js 12.22.9버전으로 한번 다운해보시길바랍니다.
