However the https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1_g4AbXumhufs7YPdTAK3kFMnTQJYs3w3?usp=sharing they provide do not contain the file "annots_{}_bilinearf.npz".format(phase) for Human3.6M and "annots_hmrvideo.npz" for 3DPW.
Could you please upload once more?
