Describe the bug

A method to pre-cache dependencies.

Similar method is possible with Pkg.
https://github.com/vercel/pkg#user-content-environment

To Reproduce

Requires ability to lockdown network access but allows access to private npm-repo.

OS:
Node.js Version: 16
