PlotSquared doesn't work on arclight-forge-1.20.1-1.0.5.jar

Description

lotsquared in arclight-forge-1.20.1-1.0.5.jar does not work, plugin is not detected.
Other plugins like worldedit, worldguard, myworlds work perfectly.

Step to reproduce

It's simply opening the server and seeing that it doesn't work. xD

I saw the WorldEdit wasn't loaded (file plugins/worldedit-bukkit-7.3.1.jar), and it needs Java 21.
And the PlotSquared (file plugins\plotsquared-bukkit-7.3.10-Premium.jar) won't be loaded due to WorldEdit not being loaded.
