Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The requirements for achievemts will show if you use this one weird screen shortcut to put the mouse pointer over it. Usually. Sometimes it instead goes "haha you obviously meant to hover over the taskbar or a completely different achievement" three times in a row. An achievement's status is probably hidden behind a bunch of color nonsense that I may or may not be able to read with some obscure keystroke that sounds like it does something completely different.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add the screen reader mode described in #3316, which, when turned on will put ('(completed)' before the achievement number (the only thing readily accessible on the achievements screen) if it is in fact...completed. It should also pretend I'm hovering on every single achievement at the same time in order to show all the important stuff.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Additional context
I asked for this 3 years or so ago and got it, I blame the reality update and the modern UI (classic gives my SR more buttons to quickly jump between so I always use that).
