Describe the bug
glyphs dont move up to the first row when moving rows is enabled and you click remove a protected row

To Reproduce

import savefile
click "remove a protected row" twice
observe

Expected behavior
should move up to the top row

MovingRowsDoesNotMoveToFirst.txt

WaitingIdly added bug area: glyphs labels

IvarK added the postpone label

Razenpok added up-for-grabs and removed postpone labels
