Eternity Reset for no reward

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While this phase doesn't last for very long, there's an actual point in time in which it might take a meaningful amount of time to be able to reach eternity again, to give you a chance to reset your time studies. I don't feel like that is ideal, however, just like how glyphs can be changed and edited before reaching Reality is trivial, so should time studies imo.

Describe the solution you'd like
Giving you the chance to reset your eternity and your time studies, but giving you no EP or Eternitied count for doing so, similarly to how you can do in Reality. IMO the button could be in the time study tree itself.
