Restoration table recipe requires 3 knowledge fragments which can't be obtained in survival without the Restoration table itself

Do you have any suggestion on how to edit the restoration table recipe in order to make it craftable in survival?
I think it must require some rare materials to be crafted, to avoid people from unlocking it too early during the gameplay.
