Hi, I'm asking if this could be done due to the fact that mounts enable players to pretty much cheese everything, would you please add a world blacklist?

It was my understanding that Forge didn't have the ability to have multiple worlds. Unless you mean Minecraft's dimensions system?

Yeah other dimensions like aether or ad astra or the end.
