Describe the bug

The plot flag fly does not work on the plots
We deactivated all plugins to see if it was due to another plugin but that didn't help

To Reproduce

on the plot and execute /p flag add fly true as a command

Expected behaviour

you should be able to fly on your plots if you set the fly flag to true

This is also the case with my players. We don't have anyone with op either
It worked once, but after a while it stopped working

The flag works perfectly fine for me. Maybe try setting the plots.admin.flight permission to false in luckperms for everyone
