The digital pathology has an important growth in the area of medecine and numerous IA projects are requiring pathological slides metadata. In the future, the OSIRIS model should integrate a new module for describing these metadata.

DICOM released a specific format for that : https://dicom.nema.org/dicom/dicomwsi/
