refacto mineur de simplification du code (remarques sur l'utilisation de record)
passage à RestClient
Ajouter un test qui vérifie que la configuration du client http (quel qu'il soit) est bien faite : avec okhttp mockServer ou wiremock
si possible se débarrasser à terme de la dépendance à spring-boot-starter-webflux
