Need for the Feature to Change Behavior

I see that you have a plugin for XRMToolbox called Date Time Behavior Utility (BETA).
I noticed a feature in that called "Change Behavior" and it says this feature is not available currently

I noticed comments in GitHub dating back a few years and I noticed this feature is still not available.

Any guidelines as to when this feature would be available, as I have a customer who has a critical need to update the Time Zone behavior setting for multiple datetime fields in their environment and this feature will really be helpful to them.

Hence I am sending this request your way for some guidance/clarification.
