Demo OVE Server

Problem:
Develop the OVE server to show the multiple app instances/endpoints developed in #2 to different screens in the demonstrator room.

Proposed Solution:

• Set up docker installation of OVE
• Run the OVE Server on a VM (just clone this repo for now) #10
• Manually set up some HTML Apps using the OVE front end #11
• Add a WebRTC App section to the OVE server #8
• Set up continuous integration for automatic deployment #21

Additiona Context:
All these apps and endpoints should be accessible from any computer within the college network. Check all of this before testing in the room.

I consider this complete. The CI hasn't been done, but for a demonstration of the OVE server functioning has been achieved
