Goal: Make the application aesthetically pleasing

Objectives:

*Come up with a consistent color scheme throughout the website

*Create library of controls with common look and feel and animations.

*Minimize the amount of time spent loading new pages for new content. Dynamic content panels.

*Create/Utilize tabling UI framework for consistent page layout (Research from existing websites)

*Collect a set of graphics to be used throughout the website (Icons, Logos, Control images, etc...)

*Keep in mind the user should not see anything on a page that is redundant to another page or is information that is not 100% necessary to see while designing page layouts.
