After the release of the latest version of the Re3gistry software v2.5.3, in which the language selector has been added in the administration #286, we encourage the community to make contributions to improve the translations.
You can submit your suggestions as a pull request in the Re3gistry GitHub: https://github.com/ec-jrc/re3gistry/tree/master/sources/Re3gistry2/src/main/resources/localizations
