Savvycan "Frame Sendor" doesn't work in the version forked by innomaker. #16

Seems the Savvycan "Frame Sendor" doesn't work in the version forked by innomaker.

Platform is windows.

NG cases
Tested on 3 adapters : innomaker USB2CAN-Cable, USB2CAN-X2-Device, PEAK PCAN-USB
Savvycan V213, forked by innomaker, https://github.com/INNO-MAKER/usb2can/blob/master/For%20Windows/SavvyCAN-InnoMaker/savvy_package-master-mingw-1211-Released.zip

OK case
Tested adapter : PEAK PCAN-USB
Savvycan V213 from original repo, https://github.com/collin80/SavvyCAN/releases/download/V213/SavvyCAN-Windows_x64_CIBuild.zip

"Frame Sendor" is quite nice function a part of Savvycan.
Savvycan App -> Send Frames -> Custom -> Frame Sendor
