Go to: https://usenergynews.wpengine.com/?s= and look at the newsletter sign up

RESULT: Asks for email and zip code and gives checkboxes for “Midwest Headlines” and “National Headlines”

EXPECT: 1. Do we need the zip? It’s not on the live site. 2. Should the newsletter checkbox options be updated to reflect all the regions?

newsletter regions were updated in 2d663d1
the zip is conditionally hidden on home and archive pages. @Julia67 should this be removed? https://github.com/INN/umbrella-usenergynews/blob/master/wp-content/themes/midwestenergynews/inc/widgets/mwen-mailchimp.php#L37-L39
