Per Linked Art Issue #296, "brief text" should be modeled as a metatype of the linguistic object's main type.

Discussed on the January 15, 2020 LA call - implementers should be explicit in stating the classification of brief texts on the Type within the representation, even if the Type is NOT a local term (i.e., AAT).
