Add starter-specific node image to the config file #6

Currently, when a node is restarted, it pulls the latest v2 image, whereas the server is running a specific image with the starter-live tag. It would be nice to add something like this to the node config files:

images:
    node: harbor2.vantage6.ai/infrastructure/node:starter

Of course, then we also need to make sure that image exists.
