should be "https://" for the poster image -- currently it is "http://" -- in the Javascript config, at the foot of the HTML page.

Question: is it necessary to have the poster image defined in the JS, as well as the HTML markup? -- This was introduced as a fix for iOS 3.0 (no longer supported, or in use?)

A couple of questions:

• Wanted to check, is this the IT install for OpenLearn etc? I presume from the OMU reference that it is and I think you mentioned that it was the IT install.
• What is the poster image? Is this is the static image that appears on the player before you press the play button?

• Yes, we want to fix the bug(s) in the IT install for OpenLearn/OMU/Psycle initially, then port across to the newer version;
• Yes, the poster image is the static image that displays before you press play.
