May be due to the height variable being sorted in the wrong order, even though this should not matter.

If you take pressure at the measurement height, which also is in the file, indeed something is shown (Pressure goes up with lower height). What actually would be needed is to have CO2 at the x-axis and height as the y-axis, but that does not show a plot either.
