In the login page here: https://cpauth.icos-cp.eu/login/ in the Create account / forgot password tab,

  • filling in an email and pressing enter, automatically changes the tab to University sign in and the "Create/reset your ICOS Carbon Portal password" email is never sent.
  • filling in an email and clicking on the Set password button works normally.
