[Android] Full screen display

Add full screen display for devices that have notch (and maybe other devices).
When emulating this console it's better to use all the screen you have since it has two screens. The wider the screen the better. Other problem that is presented for not having full screen display for these devices is that when using a single screen it's hard to put it in the REAL center of the phone screen because of that unused space. If you need a visual image of what i'm talking about I'll gladly add it.
