I understand that you UniLight gets the RGB color values from the Windows accent color. I was wondering if there is anyway to set the RGB values to rotate through different colors on a loop instead. I put this because I would like my monitor and mouse to rotate through the same colors at the same time.

Code would need to be added to support that, including re-adding timer logic and adding color rotation logic/configuration.
It's something I've thought about, but I'm still in the process of adding support for various vendor APIs, and it's a huge rabbit hole because people will then want other effects/triggers added.
I'll leave this issue open, though, because I'm not opposed to someone submitting a pull request to add support for the rotation feature.
Oh, I should probably also mention that it's possible to get UniLight to do what you want now by setting up a loop of single-color wallpapers in the desired colors with the desired rotation frequency.
