Multithreading causes error suppression and is hard to debug #24

It would be nice to re-add support for multi-threading in the vector embedder (https://github.com/Human-Augment-Analytics/NFHM/blob/main/ingestor/inputs/vector_embeddings.py#L178). However, for some reason errors tend to get swallowed up and debugging becomes difficult. This issue is to figure out what's up and fix it.
