Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now the tool only supports backup, for a full roundtrip experience we should support restore too.

Describe the solution you'd like
Similar approach, use the public API to restore the content from the existing local folder backup.

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A

Additional context
There might be some limitations, specifically we don't support pinned object restoration.
