Remove dependency: com.squarespace.jersey2-guice #51

Project jersey2-guice hasn't seen activity for last 3 years. It is now officially archive. It depends on a very old version of Jersey.

Unfortunately, dropwizard-guicier still depends on com.squarespace.jersey2-guice library, leading to jar hell and bugs.

I can think of two options:

Fork Squarespace's jersey2-guice into HubSpot and upgrade Jersey and maintain the library
Remove dependency on jersey2-guice altogether
