egress traffic :- pod creation will not happen from local laptop, in UDR

Issue
kubectl run nginx --image=nginx
Unable to connect to the server: dial tcp 52.143.3.56:443: connectex: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

We may need to add our local laptop public ip to firewall please do check
