Connect family member to patient

It's necessary to develop functionality that allow connecting a patient with a family member.

Example

Inside the patient record, it could be add the family member's information (TBD).

I saw that link elsewhere but have had issues with it. When I tried to submit my email (same one that I use for my github), it gives the error message "Channel not found in general". Is there some permissions issue or what might be wrong?
