For all existing platforms, these do exactly the same thing as the device motion sensor methods. But these will be useful for platforms that expose each controller's motion sensor data.

It's intended to reduce the amount of changes to this repository as much as possible, as well as give us more flexibility in what we can do without changing files in this repo.
This should all make future releases easier to tag and future updates easier to rebase.
The key changes here are in
/SConstructand/platform/homebrewwhich is now its own repository
