pysparc_daq does not drain events from mix

Unused events are not drained from the mix after some amount of time. I removed this from #47 because I need to rewrite the way the DAQ handles time. That should fix #21 and probably impacts how to drain events from the mix as well. First, fix #21. After that, check back here.
