The pull request #11 is not yet merged in by @HeuristicPerson and I can't tell if or when that might happen.

Meanwhile feel free to check out my fork. I've just released a new version, supporting multimedia keys. Happy to receive feedback.

No worries @quaxalber, I did a full rewrite some time ago too. Based on a couple of different projects such as: bthidhub, pihidproxy, and quimby. I basically took bits and put it together. I'm still using it happily on my Pi Zero that wasn't rebooted for over a year.

Ha, if I had found those projects myself, I could have saved myself quite a bit of work :D but where's the fun in that? I might still add in some bits though. Thanks for sharing and for reviewing my previous PR @ZenonBrak
