For now, user must change the mirror for downloading PHP files.
We be good to add a way to find it automatically like :

Get public IP
Get Country with IP

See :
dig +short myip.opendns.com @resolver1.opendns.com
And use a freeIP<>Country Db service with Json ? (https://github.com/dominictarr/JSON.sh)
