Run CLI Plugin - Disabling 'Does Command Create Output File?' doesn't work correctly

When using the Run CLI plugin in a flow, if you disable the Does Command Create Output File? option it will hide the Output File Path and the Output File Becomes Working File? options.
But the Output File Becomes Working File? setting still takes effect even when the Does Command Create Output File? is disabled.

i.e. if I set up a new Run CLI plugin in a flow, then disable Does Command Create Output File?, it will still try to change the output file (because the now hidden Output File Becomes Working File? setting is still applied).

It's an easy workaround to disable Output File Becomes Working File? before disabling Does Command Create Output File? but it took me a few hours to realise what had gone wrong and fix it.
