Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have around 4,000 files. Almost all of them have been converted, some outside of HBBatchBeast with a powershell/ffmpeg script I was using, but they are still tagged with the “codec_name: hevc,” property, which I have set to exclude during my scans. During the scan and convert process, these files are rescanned and placed into the “Other” category. I have around 1.5k files under “Other”, so this takes some time over smb.
Describe the solution you'd like
My proposed solution would be to include the “Other” files or excluded property files found as successful or be ignored during scans so they would not be rescanned at every run.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Another alternative would be to scan files based on when they were created. For example, scan files that were created in the past 48 hours. This would ensure that scans were not repeated, saving some time.
