Can't install .net error shows

Hi there, Ive installed .net core 3.1 x86, x64 and 7 too, But its not installing, Always this error says .net not installed. Tried with Run As Admin, But no luck

Hi there, this program doesn't work any more because telegram doesn't read font family from registry any more.
But anyway, if you want to run this, I guess you need to download 3.1 runtime x64. I guess you already did that, so I'm wondering if you have Visual Studio on your machine. If you have one just clone project and build it then you will be able to run it perfectly.

Thanks for your response... I have done this already but no luck. By the way, if this not works with Telegram, there is no point to run this, right? Can you please suggest me some alternate method to change font for Telegram Desktop?

Unfortunately, I don't know any other way to do this. If you find any way to do this, I'll be more than happy to add this to my app.
