Missing notifications for re-opened tickets #13

Currently re-opened tickets are not mentioned in a matrix room with the zammad bot.

I guess, that the following line should be expanded to also accept tickets, if they carry the status "re-opened" (or however it is named):

matrix-zammad/src/rooms/streamroom.ts
