[Enhancement/Suggestion] Add "Mouse Keys" mode #7

I always thought it would be nice to have two modes:

Traditional (original KeyCursor bindings, even better if left/right click keys can be configured).
Mouse Keys mode (even if only the basics of it).

The latter being mostly useful only for keyboards with a separate numeric pad, but... could be nice.
