Not sure if this is a display problem or a data entry problem, but in a lot of the listings, a colon is missing after the http in URLs.

The URL field in the form has been one of the big sources of confusion/bugs.

Originally, the assumption was that the URLs would be simple and it would be easier to type it in rather than copy/paste.

Most people are copying and pasting, so I think we should remove the prepended http:// both on the frontend bootstrap stuff and on the backend on job creation.

URL validation would also be handy here.
